1 Creative commons

All my work (art and fiction), particularly fanwork, is created and shared with creative commons license concepts in mind. In specific, please DO NOT contact me asking for my permission to use any of my ideas. Feel free to use them.

Basically:

- So long as it is not outright plagiarism;
- So long as I am acknowledged somewhere (see further below for clarification);
- For black and white pieces, if you feel like coloring something, go ahead;
- See section below marked 'Commissions' for clarification on commissions.

I really rather you just go ahead and have fun. :) You want to use characters, sure. You want to use designs, character concepts, color something in, go ahead. Particularly for fanworks, in the first place it isn't 'original' anyway.

Commissioned work and creative commons

Black and white commissioned pieces, if you want to color, go ahead.

What needs acknowledgement?

I request that an acknowledgment is put on only work that is substantially similar or which outright uses an idea which is not from the fanwork proper (i.e. an original character in a fandom). Everything else is your work. :)

Contact

If you really need to ask me something, I hardly ever read comments and notes from here. :/ Please email me: anyasy[at]yahoo.com.

Happy drawing!

1. Burning Crusade! Wad de Kao is back together, and we're raiding endgame content. :3 As of this moment, we're in BT, looking at the Reliquary, downed everything before that!

Have changed main to Chocoholic (70 druid), with mage as alt.

2. My comics are all old. I update every week at [link].

3. Graduated from law, now looking for work.

4. Yes, I take commissions. I far prefer to do black and whites, unless you're asking for WoW-related commissions. Commission page FAQ is at [link] PLEASE READ before asking me questions.

Wow, haven't updated the journal here for 2 years. Scary, isn't it?

Watching: Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Man's Chest

1. Art Style:
Changed my art style a little. Now I use pencils - pens (inks) - copics markers (gray shading) - adobe photoshop. : )

2. What I'm up to:
Playing World of Warcraft, generally - Tichondrius server [Samarkand] 60, [Chocoholic] 60. My toons on Elune are retired. : ) I raid with ThunderMare, and I'm working on my tier2 pieces.

Concurrently, those of you who enjoyed my comics in my gallery may be glad to know that they're actually very, very out of date, and the whole archive of comics can be found: [link] . Updates are arbitrary, though!

3. Pirates of the Caribbean:
Sadly enough I've been turned into a sparrington fangirl, with the appearance of Scruffy!Norrington in DMC. :3 Expect lots, and lots of art until I'm out of the phase.

4. Where's Anya?
Anya currently studies in Melbourne as an international student.

1. I have finally thought of what sort of style I'd like to generally follow. YAY!! 20 years old and it took me this long... mwahaha...

a) A black and white ink/pencil style with minimal shading, with 'clean' lines and extensive detail.
b) Pieces which one would look at and think "This is complete in itself, color would actually detract from the spirit of the piece or obstruct the detail".
c) I will occasionally color stuff if I believe they require clarification.

2. *coughs* Anyway, I have a new website: [link] . Um, yah. Talk to me on the tagboard, please. It's lonely... T_T *echoes into the distance*

3. Not much art incoming lately... school is piling up, and I keep forgetting I have a deviantart account. I guess I should just spam it with the rest of my piled up work, but I'm lazy, so I guess I'd do it slowly... erm. heheh. Or you could all just check my website? *hopeful look*

4. For all those Melbourne people, I have a great announcement: There is a fantastic chocolate shop called Koko Black on Bourke Street, the Block Arcade, near Mango, between Swanston and Elizabeth Street (it's the arcade with the checkered floor) It is FANTASTIC. Go there and have the most incredible hot chocolate you will ever have tasted, I promise (and for the girls, that belgian chocolate chef is HOT). :D Bon Appetit!

5. I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO ICONLINK! *is slow* Thx to Brianne from PE. Now... *SUPERSPAMS* All the PE members:
